At Urban Sales, we want you to love your home. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it in its original box with all protective hardware and assembly manuals included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a courier collection or drop it off at an authorized shipping hub.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
